Privacy notice

What we collect today

Only the email address you use to sign in, plus the technical records our sign-in provider keeps to run your session. We do not ask for your driver's licence or policy numbers.

Collecting as little as possible

When later features ask about you or your policy, we will only ask for what the feature needs. For example, the first three characters of your postal code instead of the full code, and age bands instead of dates of birth. Uploaded documents are deleted after the details are extracted unless you choose to keep them.

Where your data is stored and processed

• Our database is hosted in Canada (Supabase, Canada Central region).
• The website's server code runs in the United States (Netlify, Ohio region). Your sign-in requests pass through it, so your data is processed there in transit.

Quebec residents

The pilot is not open to Quebec residents.

Deleting your data

You can ask us to delete your account and data. Contact: privacy contact to be confirmed.
